My whole family has been seeing Dr. Tracy at Pickerington Eye Care for years. Dr. Tracy is thorough and takes the time to explain and answer questions. The staff is friendly and helpful when making/changing appointments and checking in/out. There is never pressure to buy glasses there, although I do. The variety of style and quality of frames and accuracy of prescription lens has always been very good. Whenever there has been an issue, they were quick to correct it to my satisfaction. Highly reccommend!

I was seen on time, even though they were busy. The staff was very helpful and professional. The doctor was very helpful in explaining every step of the exam and the results. Overall, I’m satisfied and very impressed with their service.

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Chontos took the time to talk through what he looks for in evaluating someone’s eyesight and eye health. He also took the time to talk through his recommendations and the why behind them. At the end they walked me through every line item on my bill so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend.
