Dr. Paula Kelbley was born and raised in New Riegel, Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in 2014 before continuing at Ohio State to complete her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2018. Following graduation, she completed a residency in Pediatrics and Binocular Vision at the Indiana University School of Optometry.
Dr. Kelbley sees patients of all ages, but she has a special passion for pediatric eye care and enjoys seeing children for their very first eye exams, even as young as one year old. She believes early detection and prevention play a key role in lifelong visual development and loves helping families feel confident about their child’s vision and eye health.
Each year, Dr. Kelbley participates in a service trip to Jamaica, providing eye exams and glasses to elementary school students in underserved communities—an experience that continues to fuel her passion for pediatric care.
Outside of the office, she enjoys playing sand volleyball, cheering on Ohio State football, and traveling.
